Drink red wine after red meat steak.

The anti-oxidants in the wine will neutralize the nocive substances in the red meat.Combining red wine with red meat steak lowers the risk of having cancer and diabetes ,shows a study made by Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.

According to the researchers,the anti oxidants in the red wine eliminates the nocive substances released in the stomach when the meat is digested.

The study is the first research that looks at the effect of red wine in combination with another product.The tests proved that by adding wine,the level of two toxic substances is lowered,that are guilty of thickening the arteries,diabetes or even Parkinson.
Strong anti-oxidants can also be found in chocolate,fruits,vegetables and olive oil.Also,the red wine consumed together with steak makes your stomach`s job easier.

The red wine and the red meat treat different forms of anemia,because of the vitamins in it.Also,if we consume a glass of red wine every day,we lower the possibility of having a cardiovascular disease and it also increases the length of your life.
